Sore throat?

I read about this the other day and tried it, and it really seemed to help ease my sore throat.
  • Grate 2 table spoons of ginger root into a bowl
  • Pour over 2 cups of boiling water
  • Leave to cool for 15 mins
  • Sieve into a cup
  • Drink
Some recipes tell you to leave the mixture for 2 minutes and add lemon juice & honey, but the longer you leave it, the better.
